Your deposit will be applied to the total cost of your event. The total cost may change if you request to add other activities or goods to your package. Final payment is due before using Malibu Jack's attractions. Gratuity for staff is encouraged but NOT included in cost.

 

Party Space Rules: 1) All items must be removed from the party space no later than the party's scheduled end time. 2) Nothing may be hung on walls, planter boxes or cabana posts. 3) No silly string, confetti or glitter. 4) No outside food or drink (other than a cake).

 

Food/Drink Options: If you would like food/drinks in your party space (including ice water), the restaurant catering team requires 24-hour notice. Please contact the restaurant catering team at 859-687-0401. They highly recommend pre-ordering food/drink due to the high volume of customers.

 

Many activities have height and age requirements (See all requirements here: www.malibujacks.net/lexington-pricing). Go Kart Requirements: 1) Must be 10 years old AND 56" tall to drive solo. 2) Passengers may ride free with an adult 18 and older, but must be age 4 AND 38" tall.

 

*Socks are required in the Bounce Beach play area. Shoes are required everywhere else.

 

Cancellation Policy: If your party is cancelled for any reason, no cash refunds will be issued. The $50 deposit is non-refundable. Please call 859-687-0401 or email lexington@malibujacks.net for help if needed.
